At 18A-Fitness it is our mission to help everyone who wants to accelerate and meet their fitness goals, and become the best version of themselves, tapping into their inner warrior. By harnessing decades of experience, cultivated as a Special Forces Green Beret and Strength & Conditioning Coach for hundreds of Special Operators I will provide my clients with  invaluable tools and arm them for optimum mental and physical performance by establishing achievable, realistic goals that are designed to keep you operating and reaching the next objective.

18A Fitness Vision

Whether preparing for the rigors of a career in Special Operations or confronting personal and professional life challenges with a renewed sense of performance and focus, 18A Fitness is designed to build you up and keep you in the fight. Combining first hand experience of the real-world rigors of Special Ops, coupled with the latest scientifically validated techniques, I will be able to help you achieve your objective and be physically and mentally ready to rapidly meet your next goal.

Oftentimes people train hard and vigorously to achieve a milestone. Running a marathon, climbing a mountain, or swimming a channel, once the goal is met, there is nothing left in the tank and the recovery begins. In Special Ops, you may have to run, climb and swim and still have enough in the tank to conduct the mission and get back home safely.  Then you need to be immediately ready to receive orders for the next mission, which may be in hours, or days not weeks or months away. Life is like the former, one task is completed and the next one is already running behind. You need to be training with intensity and volume but not to the point of burnout or injury. It is my fundamental understanding of that process that will establish lasting success that is reproducible for any of life’s challenges.

18A Fitness isn’t just personal training; we make warriors.

As the go-to organization for Green Berets, Rangers, Special Warfare, and SEAL's in their pursuit of peak physical and mental performance, we’re as good as it gets. 

Armed with the immense, real-world experience of our founder and the incorporation of proper mobility, breathing, heart rate variability, strength, stamina, cardiovascular, and mental training, our services exceed the capabilities of the average gym or personal training service.  We prepare men and women to endure the rigors of Special Operations training, and other high-performance environments, with detailed, focused, all-inclusive plans that can’t be found anywhere else.

18A Fitness Tested

Thanks to our Founder, Kevin, we have secret, behind-the-scenes knowledge of what Selections entail, and what the instructors are looking for in the perfect candidate. 

We believe that the key to completion of our program involves establishing a culture of trust and respect between trainer and trainee, as well as harnessing the value of a holistic approach of training that will monitor and develop your performance from a three dimensional perspective.

This approach not only assists in preventing common injuries, but ensures you perform at an optimal level that will drastically increase your chances of getting Selected.

Great training program that progressively develops you and helps you get in better shape. This is my second time doing a program and I feel the difference. The focus on warm ups and injury prevention has really been a game changer. I would recommend journaling workout separately from the app as well to truly be able to see progress weeks/years from now. Will definitely use again.
